Founded by Martina Hazelbane, a respected Larrakia/Warai traditional owner from the Northern Territory, the Indigenous Road Safety Academy (IRSA) is a groundbreaking 100% Aboriginal-owned organisation committed to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
Martina’s vision with IRSA is to reduce incarceration, recidivism, and road-related injuries and deaths while creating employment opportunities and increasing awareness of vehicle finance, maintenance, and insurance.
