Our Vision

Lowering Indigenous incarceration through education

Collaborating with key community stakeholders on an alternative model for minor licensing offenses, prioritising the immediate pursuit of obtaining learner's permits over incarceration.

Increased employment by enabling more Indigenous people to obtain their license

Like many Australians, having access to a driver's license opens doors to employment for many Indigenous individuals. By creating pathways to obtaining a license we can increase employment.

Less road trauma through culturally appropriate education

Using world-class driver EdTech translated into 8 Indigenous languages and a blended learning model we can empower our people and in turn create prevent more road trauma.

Increased customer knowledge around financing and maintaining motor vehicles

Empower customers with comprehensive knowledge on financing and maintaining motor vehicles for informed decision-making.

What people are saying

“PCYC Napranum have successfully been using the IRSA blended learning model App and mats here in the Napranum Community with our local youth and found it to be educational, engaging, interactive, and effective in teaching our youth the road rules to be able to gain their learner drivers licence through our driving program ‘Braking the Cycle Changing Gears’”

TJ Baker, Club Manager
PCYC Napranum

“Nyangatjatjara College has been working with Martina and her organisation during 2021. Martina visited Yulara campus and carried out professional learning with our secondary teachers in June of 2021. This was a great series of sessions for our staff, and they have been all very enthused by the process. The College plans to commence operations with the DriveAbout App across three campuses in late August 2021.’”
